Our Policies

1 booking session costs 1 credit.

Online booking must be made in advance to join the class.

⁠Class attendee must be the same as the credit/ membership holder.

Effective from 1st September 2026, our free cancellation window will be changed from 6 hours to 12 hours before the class start time.

A booking credit will be charged for late cancellation/absence.

Booking windows will be closed 6 hours before class time, you may contact our Whatsapp customer service admin to make a booking on your behalf if you would like to book the class in a short notice.

Group class will be cancelled due to low enrolment when there are less than 2 participants, such cancellation will result in membership validity extension of 3 days for each cancellation.

​Each participant shall only enjoy trial rate once, either for purchasing a trial credit or a trial package at all categories (group, private & semi-private class); a top-up from a trial credit to a trial package must be completed within the same day of completing the first session.

Trial credits, membership credits & monthly pass credits cannot be transferred nor are refundable.

Validity of credits cannot be extended unless agreed by uumove in writing.

The types of membership cannot be amended after purchase.

Only the account holder may use the credits to attend classes. If someone else attends under your booking, they will be denied entry and attendance will be marked as “no-show”.

Capacity of group pilates reformer class is 4 pax.

Please kindly keep your shoes off in the classroom. 

You are not allowed to use the carriage with bare feet.

Participant is not permitted to join the class without grippy socks, class credit will be deducted accordingly.

Please only have practice when the instructors are onsite for instruction.

The studio shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries happened due to the clients' practice without supervision.

No observation and no video taking/recording during class.

Please keep the studio environment clean.

In the case of extreme weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Signal), the studio will be closed until the signal is cancelled.

Classes will resume if the signal is suspended one hour before your class.

If the class is cancelled, class credit will be returned to your account. (Late cancellation policy does not apply during extreme weather).
