Our Policies

Our free cancellation policy is 6 hours before class time, a booking credit will be charged for late cancellation/absence.

Booking windows will be closed 6 hours before class time, you may contact our Whatsapp customer service admin to make a booking on your behalf if you would like to book the class in a short notice.

Trial credits, membership credits & monthly pass credits cannot be transferred nor are refundable.

Validity of credits cannot be extended unless agreed by uumove in writing.

The types of membership cannot be amended after purchase.

Please kindly keep your shoes off in the classroom and wear grippy socks for reformer class.

Please only have practice when the instructors are onsite for instruction.

The studio shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries happened due to the clients' practice without supervision.

Please keep the studio environment clean.

In the case of extreme weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Signal), the studio will be closed until the signal is cancelled.

Class will resume as per normal if the signal was suspended for at least 1 hour before your class.

If the class is cancelled, class credit will be returned to your account. (Late cancellation policy does not apply during extreme weather).
